MTA Is All of Us

MTA is all of us, together. If you have an issue, please follow the procedure below.

1. Attempt to resolve the issue with site administration

2. If administration is unresponsive, reach out to your site rep (see below). If for some reason your site rep is unavailable, you may also reach out to a director.

3. If administration continues to be unresponsive, the site rep will escalate the issue within MTA.

If you are called into a meeting with administration and it begins to feel at all disciplinary, you have the right to stop the meeting and ask to continue it later with union representation! It is better to be safe than sorry; ask for a rep!!
